A qualified supervisor under the New Roads and Street-Works Act, he is also responsible for internal training and assessments.
As Contracts Director Robert has responsibility for major contracts, estimating, technical services as well as operations and customer liaison. Robert has local authority background and is highly qualified with over 35 years' experience in surfacing/construction.
